| 1 x piece of fleece fabric approximately 1.5 metres in length, although any size is fine. Cut off the side selvedges.
Approximately 30cm lengths of different colours of fleece for fringe. I found a shop that sold me 30cm squares in seven different colours. |
1 Cut the fringe fleece into strips approx 3cm wide. Don’t worry if they are slightly different lengths. Mix up the colours and divide into two groups. |
2 Take the first group and lay out the pieces of fringe on one edge of the fleece. |
3 Pin the fringe to the fleece. Trying to make the spaces in between the fringing roughly look the same. |
4 Sew a small zigzag stitch along the centre of the fringing, keeping as close to the edge of the fleece as possible. |
5 Shake the fringe out and admire :-) |
