intense & exhausting, but I am thrilled with my quilt. |

We had a scrap evening at Wessex
Quilters & I showed everyone how to make the hopscotch block, some of
these were made to demonstrate how the block went together. I thought I
would also add my own Sunbonnet Sue & Overall Bill blocks as well. |

panels at a 'Maria Peters' quilting day & each made our own little wallhanging,
all we had to do was add borders & quilt them! |

I bought two very expensive Japanese
fat quarters & had to think how to use them economically! I also used
a plain black & a British Rose & Hubble fabric. I saw this block
in the book East Quilts West by Kumiko Sudo |
